Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account for the LifeLines mobile application (iOS and Android), provided by PARWANAS (trading as Parwanas), and what happens to your data when you do. It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes all processing in full.

1. How to request deletion

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open LifeLines and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and your content straight away — no further steps are required.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email support@parwanas.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify the request and action it within 30 days.

Deleting individual items (without deleting your account)

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. In the app you can delete individual items at any time — open the timeline ("Line"), journal entry, gym workout, body-weight log, or photo and use its delete action. Deleting an item removes it from your account and from our servers. To request removal of specific data you cannot delete yourself, email support@parwanas.com.

2. What is deleted

All personal data associated with your account is deleted, including:

  • Your account and email address / authentication identifier.
  • All content you created — timelines ("Lines"), journal entries, gym workouts, body-weight and body-composition logs, templates, tags, and attached photos.
  • Your subscription state in our operational database.

3. What is retained, and for how long

After deletion, no personal data is retained in our live systems. Limited residual or legally-required records are retained only as follows:

  • Encrypted backups containing your content are purged within 30 days of deletion, then permanently erased.
  • Billing and subscription records are retained for 10 years where required by French commercial law (Article L123-22 of the Code de commerce). These are accounting records, not your in-app content.
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you are retained in non-identifying form.

Deleting your LifeLines account does not cancel an active subscription billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
